Q. Are the products on offer genuine?
Ans. Yes. All products offered on Autozeel are genuine.

Q. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Ans. An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as your shipment ships along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on your Autozeel account.

Q. Till when can I cancel the order(s)?
Ans. An order(s) can be cancelled before it is shipped.

Q. Can I Cancel an order(s) after it is shipped?
Ans. No. As per company policy, an order(s) can be cancelled only before it is shipped.

Q. I do not see an option for Returns?
Ans. As per company policy, we do not offer Returns option. We will replace the product if there are any concerns. Kindly refer our Replacement Policy.

Q. What are the payment options available?
Ans. You can make payment using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cash Cards, Mobile Payments, Wallet and UPI. All payments are processed using RazorPay payment gateway.

Q. Is online payment safe?
Ans. The payment are processed by RazorPay on their secured servers which is one of the most secure payment processing company in India. Be rest assured, you are covered.

Q. I do not see an option for COD Cash on Delivery?
Ans. As per company policy, we do not offer COD Cash on Delivery payment option.

Q. Money debited during payment but Order didn't get confirmed. What to do?
Ans. The amount debited is automatically recredited back within 3-10 days depending on your bank. You may also kindly drop in an email to us at support@autozeel.com with your Order Number. We will try to expedite from our end as well.

Q. Can I pay with any Credit/Debit card?
Ans. You can choose to pay using any Visa, MasterCard or American Express Credit/Debit card issued in India.

Q. How much time is taken to process a refund?
Ans. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 3-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. If refund is transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Autozeel.

Q. What is the duration for replacement window?
Ans. 2 days after the shipment has been delivered. Kindly refer our Replacement Policy for further details.

Q. I see the 'Cancel' button but I can't click on it. Why?
Ans. A greyed out and disabled 'Cancel' button can mean any one of the following:
1. The item has been shipped already
OR
2. The item is non-refundable (e.g. Gift Card)

Q. What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the replacement period?
Ans. You can get in touch with the brand or an authorised service centre of the brand to claim the warranty for your product (wherever applicable). You may also email us at support@autozeel.com with the Order Number. We will try what can be done from our end.

Q. I ordered a wrong item. What to do?
Ans. Kindly Cancel the item from My Orders page immediately before it is shipped. As per company policies, once shipped; we don't support the return of item(s) ordered wrongly.

Q. If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?
Ans. Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement. The replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details.

Q. What is Autozeel USP?
Ans. The products on offer are genuine, quality, tried & tested by our team and deliver what they offer.

Q. I do not see bifurcation of SGST, CGST & IGST in Checkout?
Ans. There are no GST Plugin available for Magento meeting our requirements. Rest assured; all prices are inclusive of GST. GST Invoice issued will have the bifurcation for GST which shall be emailed to you.

Q. You ship using which courier?
Ans. ShipRocket is our Logisctis partner.

Q. Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Ans. Yes. All the prices are inclusive of GST.

Q. Do you offer Free shipping?
Ans. No. We charge a flat fee of Rs. 49 for all shipments across India.

Q. What are the shipping charges?
Ans. We charge a flat fee of Rs. 99 on all shipping orders across India.

Q. I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
Ans. Courier will make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day.

Q. The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?
Ans. On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders page.

Q. Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?
Ans. As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Q. Do you offer international shipping?
Ans. Currently we do not offer international shipping.
